Blade Offset
You can off set your blade holder to correct balance this feature is especially helpful for amps.
We built this sled for a single amp.
Some new designs in this area are in the works.
Technical
We build our sleds with the nose as a separate part for a number of reasons . Thicker material is used so it can take more abuse. We are able to use a variety of different tubing for sides i.e. chromoly, & titanium. If you damage a side tube, it can be easily replaced because it is just a straight piece of tube. This design allows for flex. Airplanes and tractor trailers are not welded. They are riveted to allow them to flex or they would crack at stress points. When you weld the metal you change the properties of it and it isn’t as strong at those points so our side tube is a true 6061T6.) If you haven't stopped growing you can just change the side tubes.
